Kay Ishiguro, Japanese jazz and pop singer and actress. Born in Chigasaki, Kanagawa prefecture on March 30, 1958. Made her record debut in 1977 and retired in 1989, only returning to live work in 2005. Has recorded with Art Pepper and other jazz musicians. City Pop Masterpiece based on Ishiguro's concept of Yokohama.
