Winyl Gel Record Cleaner, the professional polymer based gel that spreads over your records surface like a film capturing and attaching to all the dirt and dust deep down in the grooves where only a velvety liquid type component can reach, then dries up and allows you to peel it off the record surface revealing a perfectly clean and renewed shiny surface!

One 500ml Bottle can clean 16 to 18 LP records (12", both sides), or 40 to 50 single discs (7", both sides).

Winyl Cleaner Gel

Winyl Record Cleaner is a Gel Cleaner for vinyl records developed by Chemists and Collectors. It performs a film cleaning system ensuring a professional result, getting to the deepest grooves trapping and extracting stubborn dirt.

How does it work? (please watch the video at the bottom of this page)

Apply the gel and press slightly to let Winyl penetrate into the vinyl grooves. Let it dry, the gel will become a film covering the record surface. Extract the film, dirt will be removed with it. Our vinyl record will sound much better than before.

Why use it?

It is as effective as a vacuum machine but with a lower cost. Each vinyl record needs a different cleaning depending on the type of dirt and the user requirements. Winyl Gel extracts the stubborn dirt, it does not move it. Also, its cleaning system does not produce any friction or wear on the vinyl surface. You will discover if the annoying sound was caused by dirt or from usage with the turntable needle.

Results

Winyl removes the dirt and dust that causes unexpected noises, clicks and pops. It takes away the troublesome static electricity accumulated on the surface. The film cleans the most difficult areas such as the groove sides, improving the low and high frequencies. The final result is a clear and faithful reproduction and a fine listening experience in High Fidelity.

Composition

Winyl Gel is composed for 2 synthetic polymers, non ionic surfactants, antistatic agents, wetting agents, cleaners, conserving agents and more to obtain the best results. All its components have been designed and tested to don´t change the vinyl surface. Winyl can be used in the same disc over and over without damage.

How to use it?

Discover the Winyl cleaning gel system. In 4 steps your vinyl records will be recovering their brilliant and pure sound.

1- Dosage

The recommended amount for a 12" LP side is 14-16 ml. With the help of the syringe dispense the liquid in zig-zag evenly across the vinyl surface. For 7" discs the recommended amount is 5 - 6 ml. For 10" discs the recommended amount is 10 - 11 ml.

2- Aplication

Using a finger and making a slight pressure distribute the liquid homogeneously. Ensure that the entire surface is covered except the outer edge and the center label.

3- Drying

Place a piece of paper over the liquid, half of it inside the vinyl over the Winyl liquid, and the other half outside, this will help you lift the film after it's dry. Leave to dry. Drying time depends on temperature and humidity. In a typical indoors domestic environment it can take 4 to 8 hours.

4- Extraction

Slowly pull the paper to remove the film. It must be removed in one single piece. The vinyl will have been cleaned and offering their best sound. You can see the dirt that was removed, attached to the removed film.
